One On One

Semi Private

Most people benefit from having a partner while exercising. Semi private 60 minute session allows you to pick a friend, family member, or anyone else looking to get healthy and fit. Training with a partner not only lowers your costs, it allows you and your partner to motivate one another, hold each other accountable, and have more fun! The time will fly while you both enjoy a personalized workout in a safe environment.

Kids Gym

These group sessions are designed for children between 6 and 12 years old. During the current pandemic, these sessions can provide a safe and much-needed break from virtual schooling (for the kids and for you!). The group meets in a local park to get moving and enjoy some socialization. Sessions include but are not limited to calisthenics, kid obstacle course, soccer, games, and more. For groups up to-10 children, whether siblings, classmates, neighbors, or friends.

Adults Gym

One hour of not sitting on your butt! These sessions are for adults who wants to get out and burn some calories while also socializing safely. Sessions include a proper warm-up, new information about health and fitness principles, and a fun activity. They all end with a cool down and full body stretch. These sessions can be a time for you and your friends to mix up your weekly routine while having fun in a judgment-free environment. For groups of 5 to 10 adults, whether moms, dads, friends, or neighbors in your local park or community.



Signature fit evaluation that includes an in-depth health history and lifestyle review, movement and posture analysis, and mini workout, all used to design a program that is unique to you.
